Refund Approval

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refund Method

1. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
2. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

If a returned book shows minor use or damage not caused by us, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

1. The return request is made after 7 days
2. The book shows customer-caused damage
3. The product has been used or altered
