Return Policy

We accept returns under the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

1. The book arrives damaged or defective
2. You receive the wrong product
3. The item is misprinted or has major quality issues

Non-Returnable Items

1. Books damaged due to mishandling by the customer
2. Books with folded pages, stains, writing, or signs of use
3. Digital books or downloadable products
4. Clearance or sale items (unless damaged on arrival)

Return Conditions

Returned books must be:

1. Unused and in original condition
2. In original packaging with all labels intact

You must provide photo/video proof of damage or error for approval.
